Based on Genesis 5:22-24

2) Just like our first parents, in Eden long ago.
Adam and his helpmate Eve, close to God they'd go.
But, when they fell from innocence, covered now in sin.
Death's curse now on everyone, born there after them.
3) Enoch believed that sinful deeds, no place in life should be.
With his closeness there with God, the two did there agree.
And, with every passing day, God's blessings and His Care.
Would follow Enoch where he went, never with despair.
4) One day at the sunset time, the hour there to part.
Enoch set to head for home, to rest his mind and heart.
But, God said, ''Friend, tonight we're closer, to My Home, you see''.
And, so God did take him, Enoch there, into eternity.
5) For all those, who, throughout the years, accepting God's Love Gift.
In what Christ Jesus did for all, the sins away did lift.
By repentance, simple faith, and humility,
They became forever part, of God's Family.
6) And, when these all reached sunset time of life here on Earth.
God took them to His Heavenly Home, these who had New Birth.
Death swallowed up in victory, redeemed forever sing.
Around the Throne of God's Dear Son, Praise To The Lord, they bring.
7) One day at the Rapture, a great reunion day.
To meet Christ Jesus in the air...The Truth, The Life, The Way.
Along with countless others, who've gone on before.
Everyone now welcomed, to Heaven's Blissful shore.
8) While no one knows the day or hour, when lifes sunset comes.
When you leave this life on Earth, as your work is done.
Which home will you be headed toward? To joy in Heaven's Room?
Or everlasting pain and suffering, spirtually doomed??
9) If you haven't come to Christ, your time is now to choose.
Eternal suffering will be yours, if God's Gift, you refuse.
Come To Jesus, now in faith, accept Him as your Lord.
His Word, one day, will judge all man, sharp as a two edged sword.
10) Turn now, from your life of sin, serve Christ every day.
He wants to be your Saviour now, accept Him...don't delay.
And, when the sunset time arrives, on life's path you roam...
You'll be closer to God's Place...and He'll take you Home.
