2) Did you give your life to Jesus, truly from the heart??
Or did you think that with your mind, you were, oh so smart??
For God knows all motives there, plus your words, and thoughts.
On Judgment Day, you will receive, what you there, have wrought.
3) Did you give your life to Jesus, truly from the heart??
Or was your relationship, set there, far apart??
Living like a saint in church, just one day of the week.
Outside of church, your Christian life, was carnal and weak.
4) Did you give your life to Jesus, truly from the heart??
With fact, faith, and feeling there; horse before the cart??
Going through the motions there, it's all just in your head.
Spiritually, you still are, in your sins, there, dead.
5) Did you give your life to Jesus, truly from the heart??
For the count of all your sins, is way off the chart.
To keep you out of Heaven, there...the sin count, is one.
If you choose to reject Christ, God's Precious Only Son.
6) Did you give your life to Jesus, truly from the heart??
For relationship with God, it was torn apart;
When our first parents, were deceived, there by Satan's lies.
For everything that God does, Satan does despise.
7) Did you give your life to Jesus, truly from the heart??
Before foundation of the world, Redemption's Plan did start.
Christ would come to Earth to live, and die in our place.
And rise again in victory, fulfillment of God's Grace.
8) Did you give your life to Jesus, truly from the heart??
To play church, refuse His Gift, isn't very smart.
What you do with Jesus Christ, sets your eternal tone.
You will face The Lord on day, on His Righteous Throne.
