God Is Like The Wind

''God Is Like The Wind''

Written By Daryl Stout

1) God is like the wind, like to a summer breeze.
Rustling the many leaves, on all of the trees.
You don't know where it comes from, and it you can not see.
God, the same forevermore, throughout eternity.

2) God is like the wind, calm, or stormy gale.
Controlling all Creation, The God who can not fail.
Storm clouds rise, and tempests blow, by His Divine Will.
And, as on the Sea Of Galilee, they stop there, peace be still.

3) God is like the wind, all throughout His Word.
Examples of His Power there, move quickly like the birds.
But the greatest storm of all, throughout eternity.
When His Son, The Lamb Of God, died on Calvary.

4) God is like the wind, a tornadic Easter morn.
When His Son rose from the dead, destroying Satan's storm.
Like eye of a strong hurricane, salvation now was clear.
To come to God, through Jesus now, without any fear.

5) God is like the wind, He rushes to your heart.
When you repent of all your sin, your life now a new start.
And, accepting Jesus Christ, your Lord and Saviour there.
He'll mold you to His Son's image, your life, He'll now prepare.

6) God is like the wind, things can blow your way.
Tragedy or triumph, in all our lives today.
While it seems life's violent, no need to despair.
Take your burdens to The Lord, He wants your every care.

7) God is like the wind, His cooling air descends.
To help with trials in this life, with Jesus as Your Friend.
Just like Paul's great shipwreck, it went to its grave,
But no one on board perished, as everyone was saved.

8) God is like the wind, cyclone of judgment soon.
Will you repent, turn from your sin, or go to your doom??
For the heat seen in this life, pales by the Lake Of Fire.
Eternal home there, of the damned, loving sins desire.
