The Lord Is Not Surprised

''The Lord Is Not Surprised''

Written By Daryl Stout

1) The Lord is not surprised, or fooled; on anything that's done.
From creation of the Earth, and universe, day one.
His omniscience knows the past, present, future, too.
For all events, eternally, are there for Him to view.

2) The Lord is not surprised, or fooled; on events, both loud, and still.
For He allows, or directs all things, both from His Word, and Will.
From things done, both here on Earth, and in the cosmic skies.
Everything is seen and known, with His Righteous Eyes.

3) The Lord is not surprised, or fooled; with joyous times at hand.
For when revivals come, His Name, is praised throughout the land.
Or even times of tragedy, nothing good there, to be had.
Using men, and women too...there both good, and bad.

4) The Lord is not surprised, or fooled; with any deed or thought.
For Him or against Him, there...mankinds hands have wrought.
In open or in secret, or even if not heard.
Sharper than a two edged sword, all judged by His Word.

5) The Lord is not surprised, or fooled; with words upon the tongue.
Both evil curses uttered there, as well as praises sung.
Before words are even spoken, or therein brought to mind.
He sees and knows everything, He surely is not blind.

6) The Lord is not surprised, or fooled; your life, He knows it all.
He knew you long before your birth, and at deaths final call.
But, where you go, at your death, is what you did with Christ.
Did you accept Him as Your Saviour, to pay sins awful price??

7) The Lord is not surprised, or fooled; by the way you live.
For your sins, He, on The Cross, therein His Life, did give.
His Resurrection Easter morn, sealed the victory.
For all those who'd believe on Him, for all eternity.

8) The Lord is not surprised, or fooled; by your decision there.
He wants to be your Saviour, Lord; upon Him, place your care.
But His Will on you, He will not force your choice, today.
Will you repent, accept Him now?? The Truth, The Life, The Way.

9) The Lord is not surprised, or fooled; you'll face The Lord one day.
Will it be The Bema Judgment, for those who chose His Way??
Where gold, and silver, precious stones...the righteous deeds were done.
Serving Him, Your Saviour, Lord, Christ Jesus, God's Dear Son.

10) The Lord is not surprised, or fooled; on Judgments somber day.
God's grace forever ended now, too late there, to pray.
For terror at The Great White Throne, in loving sins desires.
Eternal torment will be yours, there in the Lake Of Fire.
