Lord, You Deserve These Crowns Much More Than Me

''Lord, You Deserve These Crowns Much More Than Me''

Written By Daryl Stout

1) ''Lord, You deserve these Crowns much more than me'',
Will be the cry of saints there at God's Throne.
Though the crowns last for eternity,
All praise and glory is to Christ alone.

2) ''Lord, You deserve these Crowns much more than me'',
The words said by all there, undeserved.
All bow before Him, there on bended knee,
Every thought and deed, He did observe.

3) ''Lord, You deserve these Crowns much more than me'',
The saved repented, and received God's Grace.
Without that Free Love Gift, unsaved, we'd be,
With trembling fear there, when we'd see His Face.

4) ''Lord, You deserve these Crowns much more than me'',
You lived life the way it should be lived.
Perfect, sinless, in humility,
You died and rose again, that we could live.

5) ''Lord, You deserve these Crowns much more than me'',
The Five Eternal Crowns the saved can earn.
Though through the Gifts you gave us, joyfully,
When Salvation's Gift, we didn't spurn.

6) ''Lord, You deserve these Crowns much more than me'',
''Worthy Is The Lamb For Sinners Slain''.
Your death and resurrection, victory;
In our place, you took our sin, and pain.

7) ''Lord, You deserve these Crowns much more than me'',
For You Alone, are worthy of all praise.
To be with you throughout eternity,
In thanksgiving, to you, my voice, raised.

8) ''Lord, You deserve these Crowns much more than me'',
If unsaved, you cannot say these words.
All will face The Lord, both you and me,
Will you repent, accept God's Truth, you've heard??
