When A Nation Tells God, He's Not Wanted Anymore

''When A Nation Tells God, He's Not Wanted Anymore''

Written By Daryl Stout

1) When a nation tells God, He's not wanted anymore,
Divine Protection is removed from that nations shore.
A flood of evil rushes in, like a dam that burst.
And, life in that nation there, goes from bad to worse.

2) When a nation tells God, He's not wanted anymore,
The righteousness of God above; the evil souls, deplore.
God will give them over to, reprobate mind, there.
Judgment strikes there, without warning; and it won't be spared.

3) When a nation tells God, He's not wanted anymore,
His Ten Commandments, and His Word, they totally ignore.
They worship the creature, more than Creator, there.
The Preaching Of The Cross, to these...they don't even care.

4) When a nation tells God, He's not wanted anymore,
Evil like a pile driver, rams itself, full bore.
Through a nations heart and soul, its future, it is doomed.
No longer in its heart, giving, The Lord, any room.

5) When a nation tells God, He's not wanted anymore,
Banning prayer, then Bible reading, and then so much more.
But, The Lord cannot be mocked; they'll reap what they have sown.
Divine Wrath will fall on them, like they have never known.

6) When a nation tells God, He's not wanted anymore,
Like rain from a thunderstorm, judgment, it will pour,
From the Heavens to the Earth; the toll, it will be great.
Those who refused to repent, find torment, is their fate.

7) When a nation tells God, He's not wanted anymore,
Values, laws, morality, plummet to the floor.
While they term all good as evil, and evil as good;
Woe to them despising God, not doing as they should.

8) When a nation tells God, He's not wanted anymore,
God's blessings gone, trouble now, like never before.
Removal of their wealth, God breaks, the pride of their power.
Little left at the end, of God's Judgment Hour.

9) When a nation tells God, He's not wanted anymore,
God is still in control, of the final score.
It's not a game; first in this life, then eternity.
One day, all nations, peoples bow, to Him, on bended knee.

10) When a nation tells God, He's not wanted anymore,
Ignoring warnings given there, repentance was implored.
Preferring their lives of sin; they're with God, annoyed.
Violently, His Wrath falls, the wicked are destroyed.

11) When a nation tells God, He's not wanted anymore,
Whether Jewish or Gentile; rebellion, God abhors.
Believing remnant of the saved, repenting of their sin;
Accepting Christ as Savior, Lord; are at peace with Him.

12) When a nation tells God, He's not wanted anymore,
His Word spurned, then sin embraced; with evil, they're not bored.
They've forgotten how to blush; the evil, permeates.
The Lake Of Fire, Eternal Torment, it will be their fate.

13) When a nation tells God, He's not wanted anymore,
Like others down through history, destruction evermore.
Every thought, word, deed, recorded, for the Judgment Day.
Sadly, many find, that for their sin, they can not pay.

14) When a nation tells God, He's not wanted anymore,
Before the wicked are destroyed, rotten to their core.
The righteous souls will be removed, before God's Judgment falls.
And, when it does, it's too late, upon The Lord, to call.

15) When a nation tells God, He's not wanted anymore,
As well as individuals, the Gospel Truth, ignored.
Though all before The Lord, one day, on bended knee.
Their decision will be honored, for eternity.
