2) The world does not want Jesus Christ, in any way or form.
Like Laodicean Church, their attitude, lukewarm.
Going through the motions there, and tickling of the ears.
No preaching of sin or repentance, or the Cross, so dear.
3) The world does not want Jesus Christ, in any way or form.
They see Him as intolerant, and surely not the norm.
Refusing to believe His Words, as Heaven's Only Way.
Prefer instead to spurn His Grace, each and every day.
4) The world does not want Jesus Christ, in any way or form.
They enjoy their life of sin, and don't want to conform,
To a life that pleases Him, that's lived every day.
The King Of Kings, The Lord Of Lords, The Truth, The Life, The Way.
5) The world does not want Jesus Christ, in any way or form.
To earn salvation, mankind thinks, he must, good deeds, perform.
Our righteousness as filthy rags, menstrual cloths of blood.
Perfection we can't do ourselves, that task is a dud.
6) The world does not want Jesus Christ, in any form or way.
But, everyone will bow their knee, to Him on Judgment Day.
Eagerly there, or compelled, they'll fall to their knees;
In worship, or in dreadful fear; when He won't hear their pleas.
7) The world does not want Jesus Christ, in any form or way.
They deeply resent the words, that He had to say.
Like the Pharisees of old; against Him, they do turn.
But everyone rejecting Him, one day, in Hell, they'll burn.
8) The world does not want Jesus Christ, in any form or way.
He lived the life that we could not; our sin debt, did pay.
He rose again in victory, o'er death and the grave.
For all who would believe on Him, all these would be saved.
9) The world does not want Jesus Christ, in any form or way.
You must decide, before you die...make your choice today.
Repent of sin, accept Him now, as Saviour, and as Lord.
For His Word is sharper than, any two edged sword.
10) The world does not want Jesus Christ, God In Flesh, His Son.
Eternally determined that, the victory, has been won.
Will you be welcomed into Glory, at His Judgment Throne??
Or cast into The Lake Of Fire, as one He's never known??
