The Laws Of God, They Supercede, All The Laws Of Man

''The Laws Of God, They Supercede, All The Laws Of Man''

Written By Daryl Stout

1) The Laws Of God, they supercede, all the laws of man.
Though man tries to circumvent Them, any way he can.
From laws of civility, to things of church and prayer.
Mankind hates The Laws Of God; of them, he doesn't care.

2) The Laws Of God, they supercede, all the laws of man.
Written in His Holy Word, and all He Commands.
And, if you've broken only one, you've broken all of them.
All mankind, as sinners stand, before Him, condemned.

3) The Laws Of God, they supercede, all the laws of man.
For The Lord, He Made The Rules, all part of His Plan.
Before foundation of the world, He knew man would rebel.
And, without what Christ would do, all would go to Hell.

4) The Laws Of God, they supercede, all the laws of man.
Mankind, in his evil ways, wants all of God's Laws, banned.
To do what's right in his own eyes, no one to answer to.
Blinded there by Satan's hordes, in the evil deeds, he'd do.

5) The Laws Of God, they supercede, all the laws of man.
To mankind, they are bad food; all tasteless, and bland.
God intervened, so man would not, himself there, destroy.
Divine Wrath, Judgment there; The Lord, did employ.

6) The Laws Of God, they supercede, all the laws of man.
However many tribes rise up, from each and every clan;
Their rebellion powerless, against The King Of Kings.
They can not deter The Lord, and what His Judgment brings.

7) The Laws Of God, they supercede, all the laws of man.
Against The Power of The Lord, man's laws cannot stand.
Man and Woman, He created; perfect helpmate pair.
And, things of the opposite sex, weren't meant to be shared.

8) The Laws Of God, they supercede, all the laws of man.
Timeless and Eternal Truths, for each and every land.
For The Ten Commandments There; in stone, He engraved.
To point all to his Only Son; where they could be saved.

9) The Laws Of God, they supercede, all the laws of man.
To enter Heaven, a perfect life, is what He demands.
Christ lived the life that we could not, and died in our place.
And, rose again in victory, with God's Amazing Grace.

10) The Laws Of God, they supercede, all the laws of man.
God's Son, Jesus, paid sins price; nails through His Hands.
His Blood would wash the sins away, of those who would believe.
Repent of sin, and to their hearts, God's Love Gift, receive.

11) The Laws Of God, they supercede, all the laws of man.
Man thinks he can outwit God; who has The Upper Hand.
Nothing escapes The Lord's Glance, in thought, word, or deed.
On Judgment Day, verdict final; His Words there, decreed.

12) The Laws Of God, they supercede, all the laws of man.
Man works pushing God's Laws out; and man's laws, expand.
Man laughs at God, and thumbs his nose, to The Lord of Hosts.
Man sees too late, this was the choice, that he would regret most.

13) The Laws Of God, they supercede, all the laws of man.
Laws in place for our own good, in line with His Plan.
But, man in his selfishness, wants to these, ignore.
He won't accept, that God has won, on Life's Final Score.

14) The Laws Of God, they supercede, all the laws of man.
One day soon, all bow before Him, there at His Command.
The wicked, terrified, on hearing, these words from His Throne.
''Depart into Eternal Fire; for you, I've never known.''
