Stiff-necked, Rebellious, Unrepentant; That Is Mankind's State

Based On Acts 7:51

1) Stiff-necked, rebellious, unrepentant; that is mankind's state.
Speeding toward depravity, at an alarming rate.
Just like the Jews of Israel, there so long ago.
Mankind today, he hasn't changed; sin is all he knows.

2) Stiff-necked, rebellious, unrepentant; that is mankind's state.
Though not politically correct, there is no debate.
Mankind detests it's God's Creation, and therefore, His Rules.
Mankind screams ''There Is No God''; The Lord calls these ''Fools''.

3) Stiff-necked, rebellious, unrepentant; that is mankind's state.
They don't realize The Lake Of Fire, it will be their fate.
They want nothing there to do, with God, or His Ways.
They'll see that their sin debt is, a cost they cannot pay.

4) Stiff-necked, rebellious, unrepentant; that is mankind's state.
There believing Satan's lies, thinking all is great.
But, sin payment's don't come due, until Hell and Death.
They will all be horrified, upon their last breath.

5) Stiff-necked, rebellious, unrepentant; that is mankind's state.
The heart wicked desperately, the evil won't abate.
No telling there of the extent, of depravity.
Laughing at The Gospel Truth; say it's absurdity.

6) Stiff-necked, rebellious, unrepentant; that is mankind's state.
Once these all die in their sin, salvation is too late.
Prayer has no effect in Hell, nor repentance, there.
On these for eternity, God's Wrath won't be spared.

7) Stiff-necked, rebellious, unrepentant; that is mankind's state.
While made in God's Image there, that He did create.
Adam and Eve both did rebel, in Eden's Garden Place.
Brought sin, death, corruption to, all the human race.

8) Stiff-necked, rebellious, unrepentant; that is mankind's state.
Wickedness flowed freely there, like opened floodgate.
In the Eyes there of The Lord, Noah, he found grace.
He'd build an Ark of Rescue from, flood that would take place.

9) Stiff-necked, rebellious, unrepentant; that is mankind's state.
Man tried to build the Babel Tower, there was no debate.
Of man's behavior on that site, The Lord was not amused.
God dealt with it, when languages, were all there, confused.

10) Stiff-necked, rebellious, unrepentant; that is mankind's state.
For Sodom and Gomorrah there, evil on the slate.
Lot vexed by the filthiness, of those living there.
Only he and his two daughters, escaped the fiery lair.

11) Stiff-necked, rebellious, unrepentant; that is mankind's state.
An image of a golden calf, the Jews did create.
While Moses got Commandments Ten, in tablets of stone.
From God there on Mount Sinai, God's Law was there, shown.

12) Stiff-necked, rebellious, unrepentant; that is mankind's state.
They said reports were lies, that spies did relate.
A land of milk and honey, but giants all around.
To these, they were grasshoppers, all along the ground.

13) Stiff-necked, rebellious, unrepentant; that is mankind's state.
Wandering in the wilderness, there would be their fate.
For forty years, until all of, who complained, were dead.
Only Joshua and Caleb, would enter, instead.

14) Stiff-necked, rebellious, unrepentant; that is mankind's state.
Ordinances of The Lord, most would not participate.
They preferred the pagan gods, evil there abound.
Just like Korah, they were swallowed, there into the ground.

15) Stiff-necked, rebellious, unrepentant; that is mankind's state.
Though God showed them miracles, with victory, no debate.
Many times, The Lord, frustrated, there with all the Jews.
He warned of judgment, that would come, if belief, refused.

16) Stiff-necked, rebellious, unrepentant; that is mankind's state.
Ignored The Lord in battle there, defeat was their fate.
When they repented of their sin, victory assured.
But when they would go back in sin, defeat was not deferred.

17) Stiff-necked, rebellious, unrepentant; that is mankind's state.
Four hundred years would pass, when God, would no words, relate.
Until the birth of John The Baptist, who'd prepare The Way.
For The Messiah, Jesus Christ, there at appointed day.

18) Stiff-necked, rebellious, unrepentant; that is mankind's state.
God's Timing of all things there, it is never late.
Virgin Born, in manager there, Christ, the King Of Kings.
His Mission to die for all, and to salvation bring.

19) Stiff-necked, rebellious, unrepentant; that is mankind's state.
News of Christ's birth troubled Herod, there was no debate.
Afraid he'd lose his throne to this, new King Of The Jews.
He planned murder in his heart, great evil, he did choose.

20) Stiff-necked, rebellious, unrepentant; that is mankind's state.
Announcement there from Heaven; it, therein was so great.
To the sheperds, the night sky, was with brightness, torn.
''For to you, in Bethlehem; is the Saviour, born''.

21) Stiff-necked, rebellious, unrepentant; that is mankind's state.
The shepherds worshipped Christ alone, with gifts and homage, great.
Gold, and frankincense, and myrrh, presented to The King.
Knowing He was God in Flesh, and would our redemption, bring.

22) Stiff-necked, rebellious, unrepentant; that is mankind's state.
Satan tried to kill The Lord, of this, no debate.
They wouldn't take Christ's life from Him; He'd give it, willingly.
When He shed His Precious Blood, on that Rugged Tree.

23) Stiff-necked, rebellious, unrepentant; that is mankind's state.
The Jews wanted to be free, from Roman Rule, prelate.
Not Messiah that the Jews, wanted all along.
They shouted ''Crucify Him'', there, in one angry throng.

24) Stiff-necked, rebellious, unrepentant; that is mankind's state.
The Pharisees and Saducees, and all those reprobate.
Were afraid that they would lose, all their rule and power.
On Calvary's Cross, there would be, a climactic hour.

25) Stiff-necked, rebellious, unrepentant; that is mankind's state.
What Satan thought was victory, he realized there too late.
When Christ shouted ''It Is Finished'', He had paid sins cost.
Redeemed those who'd come to Him; to never more, be lost.

26) Stiff-necked, rebellious, unrepentant; that is mankind's state.
Christ rose again on the third day; there was no debate.
Seen by over five hundred, plus apostles there.
The Great Commission, Christ would give; the Gospel, to be shared.

27) Stiff-necked, rebellious, unrepentant; that is mankind's state.
On the day of Pentecost, The Church, God did create.
After Peter's Sermon there, three thousand souls were saved.
Who believed on Jesus Christ, who rose up from the grave.

28) Stiff-necked, rebellious, unrepentant; that is mankind's state.
The Jews would rage at Christians there, it would not abate.
Stephen, for his testimony, was there, stoned to death.
He cried ''Lord, don't charge them with this'', when he took last breath.

29) Stiff-necked, rebellious, unrepentant; that is mankind's state.
Saul of Tarsus, planned to kill, the Christians in quick rate.
But, heading toward Damascus, there...The Lord, Saul, would see.
The Lord asked Saul ''Why are you there, persecuting Me??''.

30) Stiff-necked, rebellious, unrepentant; that is mankind's state.
Saul now would be know as Paul, a new life to relate.
Missionary to the Gentiles, to spread the Gospel Truth.
Salvation free to all mankind, both adults and youth.

31) Stiff-necked, rebellious, unrepentant; that is mankind's state.
Christ, The Groom; The Church, His Bride; one day, consummate.
Wedded after rapture there, forever Man and Wife.
In Heaven, only joy exists; no hint of sin or strife.

32) Stiff-necked, rebellious, unrepentant; that is mankind's state.
But, far more will reject The Lord; eternal doom, their fate.
So many turn against The Lord, their sinful souls, do dark.
They'd forever damn their souls, when taking The Beast's Mark.

33) Stiff-necked, rebellious, unrepentant; that is mankind's state.
At Second Coming Of The Lord, repentance now, too late.
In Satanic, demon furty, they'd all want Christ, dead.
But, Christ there, with just a word, cuts all these to shreds.

34) Stiff-necked, rebellious, unrepentant; that is mankind's state.
Sin's curse removed, Paradise, The Lord, recreates.
He rules the nations of the Earth, with Rod Of Iron there.
Life as it was meant to be, with joy beyond compare.

35) Stiff-necked, rebellious, unrepentant; that is mankind's state.
One last rebellion will be launched, defeat will be its fate.
To purge the Earth from sins effects, God sets it afire.
Sin won't rise a second time, and none of its desire.

36) Stiff-necked, rebellious, unrepentant; that is mankind's state.
At Judgment Of The Great White Throne, salvation now, too late.
No pardons, mercy, or a question of guilt, there exist.
They'll see by rejecting Christ, Heaven, it is missed.

37) Stiff-necked, rebellious, unrepentant; that is mankind's state.
Compelled there by Truth of God's Word, there is no debate.
They now bow before The Lord, there upon His Throne.
Then cast into Lake Of Fire, as one's He's never known.

38) Stiff-necked, rebellious, unrepentant; that is mankind's state.
All will stand before The Lord, on the Judgment Date.
Your life, you will there, answer for; with God, you cannot fudge.
Either Christ's your Saviour there; or He'll be your Judge.

39) Stiff-necked, rebellious, unrepentant; that is mankind's state.
Your righteousness as filthy rags, no good, you can create.
God's Standard Is Perfection There; none on Earth can pay.
Except for Christ, The King Of Kings, The Truth, The Life, The Way.

40) Stiff-necked, rebellious, unrepentant; that is mankind's state.
Repent of sin, and choose The Lord; after death, too late.
But, if you don't want The Lord, He'll let you go your way.
You will find that your sin debt; a cost you cannot pay.
