2) Earth's life's temporary things, their loss is as dung.
All those earthly, fleshly things, that you to, had clung.
We're born naked, and with nothing; and die the same way.
The question is, who will there, for your sin debt, pay??
3) Earth's life's temporary things, their loss is as dung.
Did you stretch your life too far, like a rope there, strung??
Life is like a vapor there, and soon, it will be past.
Only what is done for Christ, will eternally, last.
4) Earth's life's temporary things, their loss is as dung.
For sin's wages for one's life; for all, death has stung.
For the knowledge of The Lord, these things count as loss.
Nothing more important than The Preaching Of The Cross.
5) Earth's life's temporary things, their loss is as dung.
Death comes without warning, there...whether old or young.
Except for saved at Rapture Day, all head for the grave.
No other Name but Jesus there, for you to be saved.
6) Earth's life's temporary things, their loss is as dung.
''Jesus Christ Is Lord'', one day, words from every tongue.
Whether at the Bema Seat, or at Great White Throne.
To Heaven, or The Lake Of Fire, as one's He's never known.
7) Earth's life's temporary things, their loss is as dung.
Without Christ, the sins you did, away can't be slung.
They stick to you much stronger than, any type of glue.
Only those accepting Christ, have lives made brand new.
8) Earth's life's temporary things, their loss is as dung.
Just like soiled diapers there, into trash bags, flung.
One day, everything on Earth, burned up by Divine Fire.
''Believe On Christ, The One God Sent''; The thing God does require.
9) Earth's life's temporary things, their loss is as dung.
Only the redeemed in Heaven, the song can be sung.
''Worthy The Lamb, That Was Slain; Redeemed Us With His Blood''.
Salvation from The Lord is real; faith was not a dud.
10) Earth's life's temporary things, their loss is as dung.
Salvation for Gentiles and Jews, whether old or young.
Tomorrow promised to no one; come to Christ today.
For He paid the huge sin debt, that you could never, pay.
