Bodies For Eternity; Await Both Saved And Lost

Written By Daryl Stout

1) Bodies for eternity, await both saved and lost.
Dependent on who paid the fee, of one's life's sin cost.
The difference between the two, is like night and day.
Either Hell or Heaven there; no other place, or way.

2) Whether one was saved or lost, we just can speculate.
But, after death, to choose The Lord; that time, it is too late.
From what is told in Scripture there, descriptive clues are given.
All dependent whether one's life's sins were there, forgiven.

3) For those who gave their lives to Christ, there with all their heart.
Humbly repentant there, He gave their lives, new start.
When The Lord comes for His Own, and when we see His Face.
We'll be like Him, in many ways; partakers of His Grace.

4) Our minds are now unlimited, in paths that they can go.
We'll understand things that we could not, on this Earth, there know.
But, no thought, desire to, there in sin, engage.
That forever has been wiped, from the eternal page.

5) We'll travel, teleport to places, there with lightning speed.
In Christ's Kingdom, we go quick, to where there is a need.
Appear and vanish instantly, go through doors and walls.
Whatever The Lord has us do, where the duty calls.

6) We won't have to eat or drink, but can if we so choose.
For those who fought with those on Earth, that surely is great news!!
At Marriage Supper of The Lamb, The Lord, Himself, will serve.
For He grades upon The Cross, and not upon the curve.

7) No need to bathe, nap, shower, sleep, shave, or there to groom.
All beautiful and handsome there, in Heaven's Spacious Room.
Or even answer nature's call, no waste to defile.
With vigor of eternal youth, our age like a child.

8) No pain, sickness, or need for, prosthetic limbs and aids.
Our new bodies, with no flaws, perfection, there is made.
No dentures, implants, pacemakers, help of any kind.
The deaf will hear, the blind will see, joy in every mind.

9) Never have to say goodbye, of loved ones again.
Never more to have to deal, with the curse of sin.
Eagerly bow before Christ; cast crowns at His Feet.
Now with Him forevermore; redemption is complete.

10) Tragically, for all those who reject The Gospel Truth.
The same fate awaits all these, both adult and youth.
They'll know at moment of their death; eternal doom, their fate.
They thought that they had lots of time; now, it is too late.

11) The lost will know why they're in Hell, as soon as they go in.
For they would not let The Lord pay, their huge cost of sin.
They know because they would not do the thing that God required.
They would not believe on Christ; their fate, The Lake Of Fire.

12) Constant hunger, thirst, pain, unending agony.
The start of what they will endure, for eternity.
No food or drink to satisfy, or pain pills to relieve.
The horror of they will endure, their minds now, receive.

13) Nonstop torture by the demons in the sulphur flame.
They know they would not repent; and call on Jesus' Name.
The nightmare of eternity, worse than frightening dreams.
They see no one else there in Hell; but hear all the screams.

14) Unable to escape from this, to slumber or to sleep.
Unending gnashing of their teeth, they scream, and they weep.
No one to love and comfort them, to free them from this place.
On Judgment Day, they're terrified, when they see Christ's Face.

15) They now stand before The Lord, at the Great White Throne.
Every thought, word, deed, there done, is now fully known.
Their entire life played back, no question of their guilt.
For they trampled underfoot, the Precious Blood, Christ Spilt.

16) Compelled by Truth there of God's Word, they bow before The Lord.
They see His Word is sharper than any two edged sword.
Confess the justice of the verdict, now upon their heads.
Now cast into The Lake Of Fire; the moment that they dread.

17) Heaven is not owed to you, once Earthly life does end.
Christ can be your worst nightmare, or forever friend.
You will live forever friend, the question, though, is where??
For if you refuse The Lord, Judgment won't be spared.

18) Tomorrow promised to no one; please choose Christ today.
To enter Heaven, Jesus Christ, He is the Only Way.
Dependent on who paid the fee, of one's life's sin cost.
Bodies for eternity, await both saved and lost.
