One Vulnerable Area, In Each Christian's Life

One Vulnerable Area, In Each Christian's Life

Written By Daryl Stout

1) One vulnerable area in each Christian's life.
We still have the sin nature, in this world of strife.
Constant battle, spiritually, between bad and good.
To do what we know is wrong; or do what we should.

2) One vulnerable area in each Christian's life.
It could be lusting on someone, a husband or wife.
Adultery, and fornication, licentiousness, abound.
The siren song of sexual sin; they do love the sound.

3) One vulnerable area in each Christian's life.
Not spending time there in God's Word; or a weak prayer life.
Or doing works there of the flesh, these constantly engage.
Like dramatic novel there, it's on every page.

4) One vulnerable area in each Christian's life.
Widespread evidence of sin, it is all there, rife.
Their behavior makes it seem, like they were never saved.
Live like demons and Satan, the deceiving knave.

5) One vulnerable area in each Christian's life.
The conviction of their sin, stabs them like a knife.
From the Holy Spirit there, to repent, confess.
If we have sin in our heart; The Lord, He can not bless.

6) One vulnerable area in each Christian's life.
Exploited there by Satan with, all his evil strife.
To destroy the witness there, of the Christian saint.
Testimony ruined there, with each sinful taint.

7) One vulnerable area in each Christian's life.
Living in carnality, for spiritual life.
When these stand before The Lord, they will be ashamed.
For all their behavior, know; they're the one to blame.

8) One vulnerable area in each Christian's life.
Though the price of sin was paid, when Christ, gave His Life.
His Grace a License there to serve; not license to sin.
If one truly loves The Lord; a change is seen, within.

9) One vulnerable area in each Christian's life.
Whether they are married there, a husband or wife.
Or single, widowed, or divorced, sin nature still exists.
Admittedly, in all our lives, it gives daily fits.

10) One vulnerable area in each Christan's life.
The only way to remove there; guilt of sin and strife.
To confess of sin, repent...and God will forgive.
He'll mold you to be like Christ, as your life, you live.

11) One vulnerable area in each Christian's life.
Until death or rapture there, free of earthly life.
While Christians are not perfect, they are all, forgiven.
And, at death or rapture there, they will enter Heaven.

12) One vulnerable area in each Christian's life.
Although some have more than one, cutting like a knife.
All their sins were paid for when, Christ rose from the grave.
Repented and believed on Christ, and in faith, were saved.

13) One vulnerable area in each Christian's life.
So before you slice them up, with your sharpened knife.
Remove the beam from your eye first, then remove the mote.
That's in the eye of your friend there, that you did take note.

14) One vulnerable area in each Christian's life.
Though our sin seems widespread there, constant and with rife.
The saved all have done the one thing, that God does require.
To believe on Christ, to keep them from The Lake Of Fire.

15) One vulnerable area in each Christian's life.
For Christ died there for His Church, His Precious Bride, and Wife.
And, according to the Scriptures, arose on the Third Day.
Into Heaven, Jesus Christ, He is the Only Way.

16) One vulnerable area in each Christian's life.
Be concerned about yourself, how your live your life.
One day in Judgment, before Christ, every soul, will kneel.
No guilt question, pardon, mercy, or defense, appeal.
