Powerless To Exit Hell, Or The Lake Of Fire

Powerless To Exit Hell, Or The Lake Of Fire

Written By Daryl Stout

1) Tragically, for the unsaved, at moment of their death.
The start of unending torment, upon their last breath.
Because they spurned Gospel Truth, for their sins desire.
Powerless to exit Hell, or The Lake Of Fire.

2) They chose to spurn the Gospel Truth; of it, they did not care.
Since they've crossed eternity, judgment won't be spared.
They would not bellieve on Christ, the one thing God required.
Powerless to exit Hell, or The Lake Of Fire.

3) They thought the good deeds in their life, would outweigh the bad.
Made deal with the Devil there; they now see, they've been had.
See too late the Devil was, a killer and a liar.
Powerless to exit Hell, or The Lake Of Fire.

4) Thinking they could buy their way, into Heaven's Space.
But, they spurned The Gospel Truth, and Amazing Grace.
They preferred a life of sin, and all its quagmire.
Powerless to exit Hell, or The Lake Of Fire.

5) Believed the doom of Satan's lie, falling for his spell.
They see they cannot buy their way, out of Christless Hell.
Their dirty heart, there full of sin; like pig in mud mire.
Powerless to exit Hell, or The Lake Of Fire.

6) They felt their prestige in life would give them some clout.
Without repentance, into Heaven, all these are kept out.
No matter all the plans they made, and methods conspire.
Powerless to exit Hell, or The Lake Of Fire.

7) Eternal torment for the lost, is always as day one.
Because they spurned God's Free Love Gift, through Jesus Christ, His Son.
No preacher, priest, can help them now; not even a friar.
Powerless to exit Hell, or The Lake Of Fire.

8) Hell's chasm uncrossable, except by all doomed souls;
On their way in;, as these would, not give Christ, control.
Though with evil souls on Earth, all their ways, admire.
Powerless to exit Hell, or The Lake Of Fire.

9) At end of Millennium, a thousand years of peace.
From the fiery pit of Hell, the unsaved, now released.
Punishment far worse awaits, eternal doom so dire.
Powerless to exit Hell, or The Lake Of Fire.

10) Terrified before The Lord, at His Great White Throne.
Their life replayed, everything; hidden or there, known.
Too late for appeal there, though strongly desired.
Powerless to exit Hell, or The Lake Of Fire.

11) Compelled to bow before The Lord, by God's Word Of Truth.
Whether male or female; adults or as youth.
Worse than pain from touching of a high voltage wire.
Powerless to exit Hell, or The Lake Of Fire.

12) One by one, all these are cast, into eternal flame.
In life, they would not there, repent; and call on Jesus' Name.
In this torment, they will stay; though of it, they tire.
Powerless to exit Hell, or The Lake Of Fire.

13) Joining all the unsaved souls, Satan and his hordes.
Everyone who would not make, Jesus Christ, Their Lord.
Tje flames worse than the effects of a funeral pyre.
Powerless to exit Hell, or The Lake Of Fire.

14) While you're still alive on Earth, you can avoid this fate.
Repent of sin, believe on Christ; at death, it is too late.
Christ, is Heaven's Only Way; and what God requires.
To keep you from the Pit Of Hell, and The Lake Of Fire.

15) The Lord has no pleasure in the death of those who die.
Not going through the motions there; but with sincere cry.
Serve The Lord, then when you die; praise in Heaven's choir.
Christ died to save your soul from Hell, and The Lake Of Fire.

16) Yet, God is a Gentleman; He'll let you go your way.
At death, it's either Christ, or you; your sin debt to pay.
Let The Lord God there, be true...and every man a liar.
Without Christ, at death; it's Hell, then The Lake Of Fire.
